FAMILY DAY! I’m new to it (or vice versa) as a BC girl, but I hear that starting from 2013, BC will be joining the Family Day train alongside much of the rest of this country.  It’s not easy to get along well with the fam all the time, and many of us don’t even live close by our families, but one way or the other, given, or chosen family, we need each other, so let’s try to cut each other some slack, ok?  tiger-with-piglets (If tigers and pigs can make it work, so can we)

Never a dull moment, doing this musician thing, that’s for certain!

Performing at The Rex tonight (Sunday) from 7-9pm – no cover charge.  The band I’m playing with, The Offbeat, does unique jazz/bossa arrangements of unlikely cover material from grunge to 90′s dance hits to classic rock with some originals thrown in as well.  A really fun and awesome band!
